1. Khutwa-Bi-Khutwa Payment Plan Limit:

a. Minimum purchase amount eligible for this Khutwa-Bi-Khutwa Payment Plan system: QAR 5,000

b. Maximum Khutwa-Bi-Khutwa Payment Plan limit: Up to 3 times the customer's monthly salary, not exceeding QAR 100,000

2. Repayment:

a. Total repayment period: 3 months via local bank cheques (must be dated for three consecutive months, provided that the period between one 

   check and  the next does not exceed 30 days)

b. Down payment: 25% of the purchase amount

c. 3 equal installments of 25% each, payable every month

3. Fees and Charges:

a. No interest is charged on the Khutwa-Bi-Khutwa Payment Plan amount

b. Administrative fee: 1% of the total purchase amount (non-refundable)

c. Processing fee: 9% of the total purchase amount (non-refundable)

4. Early Settlement:

a. Customers may settle the outstanding amount early without penalty

b. A minimum of one week is required for early settlement

5. Default:

a. Failure to honor any cheque will immediately suspend the Khutwa-Bi-Khutwa Payment Plan Facility.

b. Legal action may be initiated to recover dues as per the State of Qatar laws.

6. Ownership:

a. The goods purchased will remain the property of JS.QA until full payment is received.

b. The customer may not sell, transfer, or dispose of the goods until all payment are completed.

7. Cancellation:

a. Orders cannot be canceled or returned once the Khutwa-Bi-Khutwa Payment Plan agreement is signed.

b. JS.QA's standard warranty policy will apply in case of manufacturing defects.

8. Privacy:

a. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Under no circumstances will we share, sell, or disclose our 

          customers' information to a third party.

9. Amendments:

a. JS.QA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions

b. Any changes will be communicated to customers in writing

10. Governing Law:

a. The laws of the State of Qatar govern this Khutwa-Bi-Khutwa payment plan system.

b. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Qatar courts.

By participating in this JS.QA Khutwa-Bi-Khutwa payment system, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Important Note on Fees

Customers should know that this Khutwa-Bi-Khutwa Payment Plan system’s total additional cost is 10% of the purchase price (1% administrative fee + 9% processing fee). This significant increase in the overall cost should be carefully considered when deciding to use this option. Before deciding, customers should calculate the total cost of their purchase, including allfees, and compare it with other financing options available in Qatar.
